This group of classes is perfect for those wanting to calm the mind and move the body using exercises to release stress and introduce softness in their life. Adding elements of yoga through moments if stillness and intentions, you’ll be sure to leave this class feeling fresher, stronger and more relaxed. Perfect just before bed, or after a stressful day at work.
